Replies usually go out within two business days. Written in English or Chinese is fine.
What to include
A conversion failed
Tell us the browser and OS you used, the source format (HEIC, JPG, PNG, WebP), roughly how large the file was, and what happened instead. Everything runs locally, so we cannot see your files or your errors — that description is all we have to work from. Please do not attach the photo itself unless we ask.
Something in the reference data is wrong
The passport and ID photo sizes are compiled from the issuing authorities linked on each page. If a country has changed its rule, send the link to the official page and we will correct the dataset and the pages generated from it.
Privacy, advertising, or data questions
The site processes images entirely in your browser and never uploads them. For what is collected around that — analytics and advertising cookies — see the privacy policy, and write in if anything there is unclear or if you want a question answered before you use the tools.
Press, partnerships, and everything else
Same address. There is no contact form on purpose: a form would need a server to receive it, and this site deliberately has no backend that touches user data.
